Hi, I'm a member of the Iowa Senior HR Association based in Cedar Rapids/Iowa City and the State Certification Director. My image is from the deck at our lakehouse in Land O' Lakes, Wisconsin and our "signature." Everytime I look at it I transport myself there - of course it's my background on my computer. My husband and I are leaving Saturday for 9 glorious days on the lake. We have it rented for the rest of the summer to others.
